Online general terms and conditions of sale
The “Merchant” (or the “seller”): the company TESSIER, which is registered in the Chambéry trade register under the number 432840932 , carries out, in particular, an activity of manufacturing, repairing, renting, selling equipment intended for the exercise of any sporting activity and in particular those intended for handicapped persons, welding work, general mechanics. As part of its activities, the company publishes the commercial website “tessier-adaptive-sports.com”, hereinafter referred to as the “Site”.
The “Customer” (or “Buyer”): any natural or legal person who purchases products and/or services online from the Merchant via the Site.
The Customer and the Seller are hereinafter referred to individually or collectively as the “Party or Parties”.
“GTC”: the general terms and conditions of sale, subject of this document, applicable to the Site.
Any order placed on the Site implies the Customer’s unreserved acceptance of and full and complete adherence to the GTC, which prevail over all other documents, including all other terms and conditions of purchase of the Customer, unless expressly agreed between the Parties.
Terms and conditions of online purchase
The characteristics of the products offered for sale are presented in the “Shop” section of the Site.
The photographs of the products are not part of the contractual field and the Merchant cannot be held responsible in the event of use of these products that does not comply with their intended purpose.
All texts and images presented on the Site are reserved, for the whole world, under the copyright and intellectual property rights; their reproduction, even partial, is strictly forbidden, except prior and express authorization of the Merchant.
The Customer validates his order after receipt of payment when he activates the link “Confirm your order” at the bottom of the page “after having accepted these GTC. Before this validation, the Customer is systematically offered to check each of the elements of his order; he can thus correct any errors.
Real-time product availability
The products are offered for sale while stocks last. The Merchant cannot be held responsible for the unavailability of a product.
Orders for products in stock will, unless otherwise notified, be dispatched within 3 working days.
Products indicated as “Available on order” are not currently in stock. You will be notified of the expected delivery time by email.
In all our product sheets, you can consult the real time availability of our catalogue.
Stocks are indicated as an indication. Tessier reserves the right to validate or not an order

Payment methods
We work with the payment provider Payplug to ensure a reliable, stable and fully secure payment system.
Our site uses the “https” protocol, which ensures that your bank details are encrypted during the purchase process.
Finally, we use the Smart 3-D Secure system to fight against fraud and stolen bank cards.

TESSIER offers several delivery methods:
HOME DELIVERY
The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Customer during the ordering process, provided that it is effectively served by the Post Office. The Customer therefore undertakes to indicate as a delivery address only an address that is served by the Post Office.
Shipments are made via different service providers (Colissimo, UPS, etc.) depending on the package and the destination. Delivery times are not guaranteed.
Please note: Upon receipt, it is essential to check the condition of the box and its contents if it is damaged. In case of damage, indicate it on the delivery note before signing. If this is not done, no recourse will be possible for damage or loss of parts during transport.
COLLECTION FROM THE TESSIER COMPANY
You can choose to collect your order free of charge from our company located between Chambéry, Grenoble and Albertville.

Possible Returns
Tessier offers you the possibility to change your mind by offering you an easy return.
We will reimburse any item in new condition* that does not fit your size or is unsuitable for your body shape or use. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For clothing, exchange is possible within the limits of available stocks. The return and 2nd shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns of products still under warranty are however free for all.
WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS TO BE REIMBURSED ?
Your return request must be made within 15 days after the delivery date.
* The product must be new in its original packaging (please do not use the original packaging as packaging for the package). The product must be returned with the original labels.

HOW DO I GET MY MONEY BACK?
To facilitate the management of your returns and to ensure that they are processed as quickly as possible, we invite you to write to us at info@dualski.com specifying your invoice number, the nature of the problem and we will tell you how to proceed.
Once the products are returned, our team will be able to process your return as soon as possible.
You will be refunded on your credit card.

Our workshop
Our workshop is located in Sainte Hélène du Lac, near Chambéry. You can come and order or pick up your parcels, by appointment if possible in order to have a guaranteed welcome!

The Customer expressly authorises the Merchant to collect, store and process his/her personal data in the interest of carrying out transactions carried out via the Site and for any communication of an informative or promotional nature within the framework of the Merchant’s activities.
The Merchant undertakes to process the Customer’s personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute that is not settled amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Albertville, to which the Merchant and the Customer hereby assign jurisdiction.
